I do one full adaptive exam every other day, then drill missed domains with quizzes. My weak areas are Cardiology and OB/Peds. What schedule worked for you before NREMT?

Same — cardio is crushing me. Doing 50 cardio questions a day.

Try alternating EMT and paramedic practice if your program tests both concepts.
