ICEMA protocol question — RSI medications

Quick question for my San Bernardino medics: for RSI under ICEMA protocols, are we still using etomidate + succinylcholine as first line?
I heard there was a discussion about ketamine being preferred for hemodynamically unstable patients. Anyone have the latest update?

Last I checked, yes etomidate + sux is still first-line under ICEMA. Ketamine for the unstable ones.
